I wanted to share a great experience I had during my pups recent visit for a bath. Alex was incredibly helpful, offering excellent shampoo recommendations for my pups coat. Alex also took the time to inform me about a change in the brand, which I really appreciated. It's always great to receive such attentive and knowledgeable service! Thank you for making my pups bath time so enjoyable!

Took Justice to the dog bath here. It was awesome! There's a step, and it is at a convenient level saving human back strain! Shampoo, conditioner, ear cleaner, towels, a blow dryer, and doggylicious treats!Justice loved it very much, and will be going again soon!!!

I mostly come here for the self serve dog wash which is AMAZING. It's $11-14 depending on the shampoo you get and I think it's worth every penny. The tub is raised, so less bending than at home, ear wash, tear stain remover, there are jars of cotton balls and q-tips. They also provide towels, lay out a bunch of grooming tools including nail clippers, there's a blow drier (albeit noisy so my dog hates it) and you can take a cute bandana when you're done-"smaller dog" or "larger dog" sizes. I have gone two weeks in a row now after the mud pit of the dog park (see below), on multiple recommendations from other owners there. I love not having to track the mud through my house to the bathroom and then cleaning up the bathroom when the dog's bath is done. I took off one star for the toy selection and prices for some of the items in the store, I would have taken off a half star if I could. Overall I plan on being a returning customer. Oh also- the employees are all very nice... I guess I'll add that last star after all!

Never had an issue bringing in my dog to use the self wash station, staff is chilled l, and friendly. Everything you need from clean towels, apron, shampoo, conditioner, even treats, etc. to get the job done. Can't beat 13 bucks. I recommend using this conditioner. You'll thank me later!

Great place. Very spacious. I came here for the self service dog wash that is cheaper here than the one in East providence. Needed a new location as well in order to avoid the hectic traffic brought on by the Washington Bridge repairs. Staff were very friendly

Great place to pick up pet supplies, or take your dogs for a bath. The employees here are always super helpful and kind. I always have a positive experience when I go here.

Absolutely love this pet store! They have such a great selection of supplies and the staff really knows their stuff. Plus, the puppies they have for adoption melt my heart every time I visit!

Everytime we go to the East Providence store, no matter who is working, the staff are always friendly, welcoming and helpful. In 5 years I have yet to expereince anything else. They are wonderful!

I absolutely love this place for Oliver’s bath needs. It very clean and accommodating to its customers. There is a standout person ( Rachael). She has captured Oliver’s heart. She is the finest dog lover - caretaker or anything else that I can find the words to describe. When you have your sweet loving little puppy they are beside themselves. The place is strange for a 5- month old Mini- Golden-Doodle. However this is Oliver’s 2nd visit with Rachael, it’s like he was looking for her this time! Rachel we hope you are reading this message, because it was meant for say, “You Are Simply The Best “ as the Song goes! Next time I visit, I promise to bring you flowers! Thank you for caring for me!
